Shahzad Malik
Managing Director, Master Group of Companies
Shahzad Malik is the Managing Director of Master Group of Companies. As a second-generation leader, he provides strategic direction and operational leadership across the Group’s diverse businesses spanning manufacturing, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure.
At Indus Cloud, he is leading the development of Pakistan’s first commercial data center and cloud platform, focused on security, scalability, and sustainability. His leadership ensures that Indus Cloud is built on strong governance, global technology partnerships, and long-term enterprise reliability.
He holds an MBA from Bentley University, USA, and brings a forward-looking approach to building future-ready businesses aligned with national and enterprise digital transformation goals.
Rumman Dar
Chief Executive Officer
Rumman Arshad Dar is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors at Indus Cloud Ltd. He oversees capital strategy, investment structuring, and governance, ensuring the company’s cloud and data center platform is built on institutional-grade discipline, compliance, and long-term resilience.
With over 25 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and investments, he has led end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar initiatives, spanning financial close, commercial operations, and lifecycle performance management. His expertise includes project finance, debt and equity structuring, operational leadership, and policy formulation, with extensive engagement across government and regulatory bodies.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science, an MBA in Finance, and has cleared CFA Program Levels I & II. He has been associated with Master Group of Industries for over a decade, serving in multiple leadership roles at the Group level.
Zubair Anjum
Independent Director
Zubair Anjum is an Independent Director on the Board of Indus Cloud Ltd, with over 25 years of global experience in technology leadership, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise digital transformation. He provides board-level oversight of technology strategy, cybersecurity governance, and operational resilience, supporting Indus Cloud’s commitment to institutional-grade discipline, compliance, and long-term reliability.
As CTO and Managing Director of Algo’s UAE and Pakistan operations, he leads a multi-country SaaS enterprise serving ~160 customers globally. He has consolidated multi-cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure, alongside on-premises data centres, into a unified, cost-governed architecture, and led enterprise security and compliance programs including ISO 27001, SOC 2, recurring penetration testing, and compliance frameworks meeting Fortune 100 standards.
He has served as an Independent Director at IMM REIT Management Company since 2022. He holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield, UK, and is a certified director through the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
Syeda Amina Ahmed
Head of Enterprise Business
Syeda Amina Ahmed is a senior business leader and digital transformation strategist with nearly two decades of experience across fintech, financial services, ICT, data & AI, and cloud economics. She specializes in aligning technology, strategy, and market execution to scale enterprise businesses.
As Head of Enterprise Business at Indus Cloud and Data Centers, she leads enterprise growth initiatives, including AI cloud adoption, regulatory-aligned solutions, and strategic partnerships with global technology providers. She has previously held leadership roles at Sunshine Technologies, Rayn Consulting, TPL Trakker & TPL Maps, Starcom (Publicis Groupe), and Evamp & Saanga.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Amina focuses on translating complex technologies into scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive sustainable growth and long-term value.
Akram Saleemi
Head of Data Centers
Muhammad Akram Saleemi serves as the Head of Data Centers at Indus Cloud, leading the development and operations of the company’s greenfield, Tier III–aligned data center infrastructure across Pakistan. He is responsible for ensuring high availability, operational resilience, and energy-efficient facility design.
With over 20 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and large-scale data center operations, he has held senior leadership roles at PTCL Group/Ufone, Jazz, Warid Telecom, and HA-3. His career includes delivering industry-first certifications, improving energy efficiency, and managing nationwide data center portfolios at carrier and enterprise scale.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and globally recognized certifications including CTDC, CDCS, and CDCP, and has led multiple Tier III (TIA-942 and Uptime Institute aligned) facilities from design through commissioning and operations.
Rizwan Ahmed
Head of Cloud Services
Rizwan Ahmad is the Head of Cloud Services at Indus Cloud, bringing over 25 years of experience across IT infrastructure, cloud and ICT services, data center solutions, and enterprise IT operations. He leads the design, delivery, and operational management of cloud platforms supporting enterprise workloads.
Prior to joining Indus Cloud, he held senior roles at organizations including PTCL Group, Warid Telecom, and NCR/Teradata, where he managed large-scale IT environments and mission-critical systems. His experience spans cloud operations, enterprise servers, databases, Microsoft platforms, data networks, security solutions, and NOC operations.
Rizwan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and is supported by numerous professional IT certifications.
